Week of September 27

Monday - This is the day we will wrap up the Genre Unit. I will review and answer all questions. Every student will have notes to study for tomorrow's Genre Exam.  In addition, Word study 1.3 will be handed out.  Please remember word study lists for the entire trimester can be found in the upper right-hand column of this blog.


Tuesday - Genre Test day!!!! Please note, every student has a genre booklet with a place on the back to show proof of study. Students without proof of study will not be allowed to retest. (They will be given Tuesday's Exam.)

Wednesday - We will be having 3 stations today. All students will rotate through each station.

1. shaving cream word review
2. formal/informal part II
3. grammar

Thursday - We will begin our Mystery unit.with a classic mystery show: Columbo

 

Friday - Word Study 1.3 test, finish Columbo
