Language Arts
This week is not only a short week but we also have Discovery Education testing on Wednesday and Thursday. Because of the odd nature of this week, we will have no Word Study test : ).
Monday and Tuesday we will be reading and discussing our Characters with Characters unit. Books are assigned and students are asked to read up through page 30. All the books in this unit are historical fiction set during WWII.
Reading
Again, we will have a slightly odd schedule due to the shortened week. We will be going to the library and choosing books from our classroom library. Students are asked to read their Character with Character novels, however they also may need an additional book.
